Minimum System Requirements:
Windows 8.1 or later/macOS 10.9 or later (Intel/Silicon).
VST3/AU 64bit Compatible DAW.
Installing is easy.
*Please note, you do not need to install both VST3 and AU. Install whichever is compatible with your DAW(s).

VST3 Windows:
1. Open the "VST3 (Windows, macOS)" folder contained in this installer.
2. Move or copy "Nebudestru.vst3" to your PC's "VST3" folder. By default, the location is: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3".

VST3 macOS:
1. Open the "VST3 (Windows, macOS)" folder contained in this installer.
2. Move or copy "Nebudestru.vst3" to your Mac's "VST3" folder. By default, the location is: "Macintosh HD\Library\Audio\Plug-Ins\VST3".

VST3 presets:
1. Open the "VST3 Presets" folder contained in this installer.
2. Move or copy "Nebuphonic" to your PC's "VST3 Presets" folder. By default, the location is: "C:\Users\username\Documents\VST3 Presets".

AU macOS:
1. Open the "AU (macOS)" folder contained in this installer.
2. Move or copy "Nebudestru.component" to your Mac's "Components" folder. By default, the location is: "Macintosh HD\Library\Audio\Plug-Ins\Components".

AU presets:
1. Open the "AU Presets" folder contained in this installer.
2. Move or copy "Nebuphonic" to your Mac's "Presets" folder. By default, the location is: "Macintosh HD\Library\Audio\Presets".
1. Your internet browser, antivirus, Windows, or macOS may incorrectly flag the contents of this installer as a "virus"; or as from an "unknown developer/publisher". In this case, please search online for the error you are seeing and how to bypass it.

2. Follow the instructions in how_to_install.rtf exactly, there are only two steps. All files need to be copied/moved. If Windows/macOS displays the .vst3 and .component as folders instead of files, they will load in your DAW regardless. There is no .au file, the au is actually the .component.

3. If you can't find the install locations in macOS, you may need to "show hidden files". Just navigate as close as you can to the location, then press Command+Shift+period

4. If the plugin isn't appearing in your DAWs list, you can rescan plugins in your DAW. Search online for "how to rescan plugins (DAW name: Cubase, Ableton Live, etc.)".

5. If your DAW lists plugin by manufacturer, it will be under "Nebuphonic".

6. If presets don't appear in the plugin: Click "Manage Presets" > "Load Bank". Then, navigate to where you installed the "Nebuphonic" presets folder, open it and click "nebudestru_bundled.xmlbank".
End User License Agreement (EULA) for [Nebudestru]

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using [Nebudestru] (“the Plugin”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If
you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Plugin.

2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, [Nebuphonic] grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
use the Plugin for personal or commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions
You may not:
Share or Distribute: Share, distribute, or sublicense the Plugin or any part of it to third parties.

Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin.

Modify or Create Derivative Works: Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Plugin.

Use for Harmful Purposes: Use the Plugin for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.

4. Ownership
[Nebuphonic] retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Plugin, including all intellectual property
rights. This EULA does not transfer ownership of the Plugin to you.

5. Warranty and Disclaimer
No Warranty: The Plugin is provided “as is” without any warranty. [Nebuphonic] disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Use at Your Own Risk: You use the Plugin at your own risk. [Nebuphonic] shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Plugin.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold [Nebuphonic] harmless from any claims, losses, or damages related to your use of the Plugin.

7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. [Nebuphonic] may terminate it at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Plugin and destroy all copies.

8. Miscellaneous
Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by the laws of [Canada].

Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and [Nebuphonic] regarding the Plugin.

9. Privacy
Data Collection and Usage:

[Nebuphonic] does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII), or any other data through the Plugin.

Third-Party Services: If the Plugin integrates with third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, social media), users should review and understand those services’ privacy policies separately.

User Consent: By installing and using the Plugin, you consent to the data collection practices described in this section. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

Data Security:
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own systems and accounts.

10. No Support
[Nebuphonic] does not provide technical support for software. Users are responsible for checking system requirements, the installation process, and understanding the software based on available documentation and resources.

Community and Self-Help: Users are encouraged to seek assistance from online communities, forums, or
other users who may have experience with the Plugin.

11. License Grant
Upon payment of the applicable license fee, the Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.This license does not imply ownership or transfer of any intellectual property rights.

12. Redistribution Prohibited
Users may not redistribute, sublicense, or share the Plugin with third parties.
Redistribution includes distributing the Plugin in its original or modified form, whether for free or for a fee. Users are encouraged to direct others to the official source (https://www.nebuphon.com/nebudestru) for purchasing the Plugin.

Educational institutions or organizations may distribute the Plugin within their internal networks for educational purposes, provided they comply with this EULA.

13. System Compatibility:
It is the Licensee’s responsibility to ensure system compatibility prior to purchase. [Nebuphonic] makes no guarantee of performance on unsupported systems. It is recommended that the user is "tech savvy" for installation which is not automatic and requires performing manual steps.

14. No refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the software has been purchased.
